Limited Scope Representation

Limited Scope Representation has only become an option to legal consumers a few years ago. You either had to hire an attorney to handle every aspect of your case, or go it alone. Limited Scope Representation allows for an attorney to represent you when you may need it most – typically when a motion has been filed or a trial set. Or, it may just be a specific issue (i.e., child custody or property issues).

In Limited Scope Representation, your attorney handles the paperwork, preparation and appearance in court only for that specific motion or trial that is set, or negotiates on your behalf on a particular issue. This keeps your fees lower while having the representation you need at that time.

Contact Roseville Family Law Group to discuss our services and to learn how you can benefit from our limited scope representation by calling us at (916) 749-3387 or through this web-site.
